I'm Jennie a Tech OBM!
Having worked in a variety of admin roles over the years and working for multi-million pound brands like British Gas, Thames Water and BMW. I’ve been exposed to a variety of corporate ecosystems and operations. I could quickly notice gaps in their efficacy and efficiency and naturally sought out ways to improve them.
My time as an NHS operator taught me to think on my feet. It’s fast-paced like entrepreneurship and efficiency, effective communication and problem solving were all key elements of my role.
I feel that developing these skills help me to be a better business partner to the coaches and influencers I serve
I recognise that this industry is riddled with complex processes and overcomplication that feels unnecessary.
My approach is honest, simple, straightforward and strategic and always takes a client-first approach. Because our businesses are as unique as our fingerprints, meaning we need a unique approach to our systems.
